STONE ISLAND
Mid-length jacket4TTY2 30/30 JACKET - SPECIAL 30TH ANNIVERSARY PIECE
The 30/30 jacket is a cross section of the state of the art of Stone Island. A testament to three decades of exploration and development. The jacket shell and jacket liner are reversible. They can be worn, together or alone, in a total of 10 different ways and in 3 different states:
Normal state
Ice state (thermosensitive)
Reflective state.
The result is a total of 30 different jacket modes.
OUTER SHELL: RASO GOMMATO PRISMATIC COVER, rubberised cotton satin with a glossy and finely grooved water and wind resistant polyurethane coating, providing a prismatic effect that refracts light, amplifying the effects of the bi-colour double dyeing recipe. The addition of a special agent to the dyeing recipe makes the cotton satin face anti-drop. The piece has been skillfully engineered to allow the garment to be worn on either sides. The hood cover and the wristbands in THERMO REFLECTIVE fabric are fixed to the jacket so to be visible on both the right side and the reverse side.
INNER JACKET: THERMO REFLECTIVE fabric outside, FINE WOOL knit inside. On a nylon substrate, this thermo-sensitive and reflective fabric is achieved by incorporating into the coating, both the glass microspheres that enable the fabric’s refractivity and the micro-encapsulated pigments turning dark when temperature drops. This side of the jacket can also be worn on top of the outer shell. The inside, which can be worn reverse under the outer shell, is in a finely combed knit wool.
