SERIES 05_ 7225701R1 COPPER NANOTECHNOLOGY ON RASO
Trench 风衣采用 Stone Island 标志棉质缎布外覆轻质非织造布,通过 PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition)工艺外涂纳米铜层。
Stone Island 这一项目旨在探究铜在大气环境中自然氧化的特性,借鉴工业用途的流程。氧化的速率与密度将取决于服装暴露的环境条件,主要为湿度与二氧化碳占比。

“这项研究始于2019年,当时计划在2020年4月的米兰 Design Week 上展示,最终被取消了。
2021年春季当我们重拾这些单品,被氧化的外观如此壮观,非织造布与棉质缎布之间的衣领出乎意料地“消失”了,被氧化所“吞噬”。结果并未达到预期的韧性与强度。
我常说要敢于超越已知的、经过验证的、常规的“错误”。
这是未经删减的关于未完成探究过程的故事,浓缩的公司文化与经验。每一步我们都会有收获,与目标无关,对于未来却至关重要。”
