NYLON METAL-TC IN ECONYL®

Packable hooded blouson made in a new responsible Stone Island iridescent Nylon Metal fabric.
The evolution of this iconic fabric sees the use of ECONYL® regenerated yarns: the nylon, at the end of its life cycle, is recycled using a complex depolymerisation process to create this fibre that features the same intrinsic characteristics of nylon made from raw fossil materials.
The finished piece then undergoes an elaborate double-dye procedure which gives the garment’s fibres different shades, intensities and hues, with the addition of a special anti-drop agent.
Garment Dyed.

This same fabric was also used to create the following items: overshirt, Bermuda shorts, trousers and swimming trunks.
