    Reports to: Paris Flagship Store Manager
    Mission:

    • Supervise and manage the sales at the corner and be in charge or its maintenance (restocking, visual merchandising, tiding up), in accordance with the Company guidelines and the department store general policies;
    • Offer a high standard service to the customers with an efficient cooperation with the floor staff;
    • Be the ambassador of the Company representing the brand image at the corner.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Welcome, advise and sale to international and local customers;
    • Present the Stone Island world with all details of the collections;
    • Establish a personal advice in answering to the customer’s expectations and requests;
    • Be in charge or the corner’s Visual Merchandising following both the Company’s and department store’s policies;
    • Tide up the corner and the stocks, reception of the collections;
    • Manage the post sales and customer service.
    Requirements/Qualifications/Personal attributes:
    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Man or woman, aged 20-27, with at least some experience in fashion retail;
    • French mother language and fluent English (another language will be an additional asset);
    • Good image and look coherent with the brand style;
    • Good knowledge of fashion and “feeling” about the product;

    Description:

    Reports to: Retail Operations Manager

    Responsibilities:
    Sales

    • Develops business strategies to raise the clients book, increases store traffic and optimizes profitability.
    • Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and ensures that the Staff is also aligned.
    • Ensures that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and that the Staff is aware of this standard.
    • Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and following steps and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and the maintenance of the quality standards required by the brand.
    • Ensures that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are handled accordingly.
    • Is informed about any local events in the city and organized by competitors and shares this information with corporate supervisors.
    • Takes part to the buying of the collections for the Store in support to the corporate buying team.

    • Creates a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure that this team is always motivated and competent.

    • Extensive (at least 5 years) experience in fashion retail including management in a monobrand or multibrand boutique, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
    • Possibly Dutch native speaker and fluent in English (a basic knowledge of French would be an additional asset).
    • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace. Buying experience is a plus.
    • Ability to drive the business by both achieving personal sales goals and overall team goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
    • Strong social ties to the local community and PR skills.
    • High level of Visual Merchandising competences.
