Reports to: Store Manager and Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Sales

  • Reflects the corporate image in terms of standing and assists the Store Manager in ensuring that the Staff is also in line with that.
  • Ensures the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and the staff is aware of such standard.
  • Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and following steps and assists in supervising sales to ensure customer satisfaction and the maintenance of the quality standards required by the brand.
  • Assists in ensuring that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are handled accordingly.
  • He/she must be informed about any local events in the city and organized by competitors and share this information with the Store Manager.

Management

  • Assists in creating a team, whose activities will be coordinated in order to make sure that this team is always motivated and competent.
  • Assists in planning, organizing and scheduling the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.
  • Keeps staff informed at all times.
  • Takes all the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the products and all valuable materials in the store along with the stockroom.
  • Assists in dealing with administration and accounting responsibilities.
  • Assists in making sure that internal procedures are followed.
  • Reports all the relevant information to the Store Manager and Retail Operations Manager.
Requirements/Qualifications/Personal attributes
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Man or woman, aged 23-28, with experience in fashion retail as Senior Sales Associate or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Good image and look coherent with the brand.
  • Very trustworthy.
  • Good salesman skills.
  • Flexibility.

  • Man or woman, aged 28-38, with good experience in fashion retail as (assistant) store manager or responsible in multibrand boutique.
  • Good standing.
  • Good image and look coherent with the brand.
  • Very trustworthy and autonomous.
  • Good salesman and PR skills.
  • Good skills of visual merchandising.
  • Experience in buying.
  • Flexibility.
