Reports to: Retail Operation Manager Italy

Responsibilities:
Sales

  • Reflects the corporate image of the brand in terms its standing and ensures that the Staff is also in line with it;
  • Ensures that the image of the Store is compliant with corporate standards and the Staff is also aware of such standard;
  • Grants excellent customer service including hospitality and customer care and supervises sales to ensure customer satisfaction and maintenance of quality standards required by the brand;
  • Ensures that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and overall sales processes are managed according to the highest level required of luxury brands;
  • Has a good knowledge of the local context, thus is constantly informed about any local events, competitors PR and marketing activities and is able to share this information in a proactive way with the Retail Operation Manager;

Management

  • Builds and keeps a team, coordinating their activities in order to make sure that they are always motivated and competent;
  • Ensures professional growth and training of the staff, by constantly stimulating them to be up-to-date;
  • Achieves and authorises staff schedules, organises and plans the activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload;
  • Keeps staff informed at all times;
  • Takes all the necessary security and care measures to grant the safety of the products and all valuable materials in the store and stockroom;
  • Deals with administration and accounting responsibilities;
  • Ensures compliance to internal procedures;
  • Reports all the relevant information to the Headquarters;
Requirements/Qualifications/Personal attributes
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Aged 28-40, with substantial experience in fashion retail as (Assistant) Store Manager or managing amultibrand boutique;
  • Very trustworthy and autonomous;
  • Good people management skills;
  • Good in sales and PR skills;
  • Good skills of visual merchandising;
  • Some experience in buying (if possible);
  • Flexibility;
  • Italian mother language and fluent English;
