Fabric research and treatment
NYLON METAL IN ECONYL® REGENERATED NYLON DOWN: Hooded down jacket in Nylon Metal, a material with a metallic and iridescent look when garment dyed. The evolution of this iconic STONE ISLAND fabric sees the use of ECONYL® regenerated yarns. The pre-and post-consumer, end-of-life nylon is recycled with a complex depolymerization process to create this fiber that features the same intrinsic characteristics of nylon from raw fossil materials. The piece is padded with the finest feathers specifically treated to withstand the garment dyeing procedure. Garment dyed with a double color recipe, with the addition of a special PFC-free anti-drop agent.

Style

Hood with drawstring and overstitched visor split in two halves, held by snap. Small standing chest pocket with snap fastening hidden under nylon tape. The quilting motif on back is taken from the Stone Island star. Slanting hand pockets with flap and snap fastening. Stone Island badge on the left sleeve. Nylon zipper fastening in the color of the dye bath.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date.
We make your return shipping easy: use the pre-addressed UPS return label included in your order, and a Return Fee of $6.00 plus Sales Tax on this fee (where applicable) will simply be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice. Alternatively, you can return products to the Stone Island store nearest you. The service is complimentary.

STONE ISLAND PACKAGING: CONSCIOUS PLANNING
Stoneisland.com re-evaluates its shipping materials by addressing both the nature and quantity of the materials used and the concept of reusability.

The box used for shipping is made from recycled cardboard. The inside is lined with a simple box in lightweight, white cardboard, 40% PCW, from post-consumer waste.

Inside, the garments are packaged in re-usable R-PET fabric bags: R-PET is made from 100% PCW, post-consumer waste recycled PET plastic.
