You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
We make your return shipping easy: use the pre-addressed UPS return label included in your order, and a Return Fee of $6.00 plus Sales Tax on this fee (where applicable) will simply be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice. Alternatively, you can return products to the Stone Island store nearest you. The service is complimentary.
Discover all details on how to return in the Customer Care area. All orders placed and delivered between November 13th and December 17th can be exceptionally returned until January 7th.
Orders delivered after December 17th follow the ordinary return policy of 20 days.
The box used for shipping is made from recycled cardboard. The inside is lined with a simple box in lightweight, white cardboard, 40% PCW, from post-consumer waste.
Inside, the garments are packaged in re-usable R-PET fabric bags: R-PET is made from 100% PCW, post-consumer waste recycled PET plastic.
