Fabric research and treatmentNASLAN RIPSTOP
SINGLE LAYER FABRIC - GARMENT DYED: Field Jacket in NASLAN RIPSTOP, a versatile and abrasion resistant fabric composed of mechanically spun plain-weave Nylon. The Nylon filaments are steamed during the spinning process to deliver a softer organic texture. This added dimension bolstered by a ripstop weave makes the fabric ideally adapted for wear in a variety of contexts. A final garment dye treatment imbues the fabric with distinct tonal character absent from other Nylon. An anti-drop formula added to the garment dye procedure provides a lasting veil of water repellence.
