Return Form

You can request to return items within 15 days from the date you received your parcel.

Before you return your item, make sure that the items are in the same condition you received them in, with the identification tag and seal still attached.

All orders placed and delivered between 13 November and 23 December may be exceptionally returned until 7 January.
Orders delivered after 23 December follow the ordinary return policy.
