LOS PIKES

MEDELLÍN, COLOMBIA

A MOTORCYCLE STORY

To the soundtrack of baille funk, reggaeton and salsa, played from sound systems rigged in car boots, the pilotos of Medellín, Colombia perform motorcycle stunts for thousands of spectators at underground meet-ups throughout the city. Stone Island captures a glimpse into the stunt-driving scene, shot from the inside out: in the spaces, homes, and hangouts of its community.

04 COMMUNITY

The streets of Medellín are a space of life, energy, and freedom. Born from community and culture, Los Pikes represents more than a sport: it's an expression of identity, and the city's journey from past scars to a dynamic future.

“Everyone wants to get somewhere fast. And the easiest way to get there fast is to have a motorcycle.”

- Gonogold, piloto
