Fabric research and treatment
LOOM WOVEN CHAMBERS R-NYLON DOWN-TC: Hooded down blouson made of a 100% recycled light nylon which, through a special weaving technique automatically creates compartments on the loom. Seams are thus avoided, with the advantage of substantially increasing the hold of the feathers inside the chambers. The finished garment is padded via direct injection with the finest feathers, specifically treated to withstand the garment-dyeing process. The addition of a special PFC-free agent to the dye formula gives the piece an anti-drop finish.

The box used for shipping is made from recycled cardboard. The inside is lined with a simple box in lightweight, white cardboard, 40% PCW, from post-consumer waste.

Inside, the garments are packaged in re-usable R-PET fabric bags: R-PET is made from 100% PCW, post-consumer waste recycled PET plastic.
