Description

Reports to: Store Manager and Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Sales

  • Reflects corporate image in terms of standing and assists the Store Manager in ensuring that the Staff is also in line with it.
  • Ensures the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards and the staff is aware of such standard.
  • Guarantees excellent customer service including welcome and following hospitality, as well as assisting in supervising sales to ensure customer satisfaction and the maintenance of the quality standards required by the brand.
  • Assists in ensuring that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are handled accordingly.
  • He/she must be informed about any local events in the city and those organized by competitors and share this information with the Store Manager.

Management

  • Builds and keeps a team, coordinating their activities in order to make sure that they are always motivated and competent.
  • Assists in planning, organizing and scheduling activities providing available resources to manage the expected workload.
  • Keeps staff informed at all times.
  • Takes all the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the products and all valuable materials in the store along with the stockroom.
  • Deals with administration and accounting responsibilities.
  • Assists in making sure that internal procedures are followed.
  • Reports all the relevant information to the Store Manager and Retail Operations Manager.
Requirements/Qualifications/Personal attributes
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Man or woman, aged 23-28, with previous experience in fashion retail as Senior Sales Associate or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Good image and presentation that’s coherent with the brand.
  • Very trustworthy.
  • Good salesman skills.
  • Flexibility.

  • Man or woman, aged 28-38, with notable experience in fashion retail as (assistant) store manager or a position of responsibility in a multibrand boutique.
  • Good standing.
  • Good image and presentation that’s coherent with the brand.
  • Very trustworthy and autonomous.
  • Good salesman and PR skills.
  • Good skills of visual merchandising.
  • Experience in buying.
  • Flexibility.
