HAND COLORING ON DAVID-TC WITH PRIMALOFT® INSULATION TECHNOLOGY: Half-zipper hooded vest in David-TC. Beginning with a star-shaped Japanese polyester/polyamide substrate, garments in David-TC are sewn and then simultaneously garment dyed and treated with an anti-drop agent. During the dye process, under pressure at 130°C, the fabric undergoes heat-induced compression, radically transforming its hand and body. The finished garment is treated manually with color spots, with pigments engineered for polyester bases, treated with a fixer and then washed. Each garment is unique and unrepeatable. The garment is padded with a PrimaLoft® layer, an exclusive blend of ultra-thin fibers providing exceptional insulating capacity. PrimaLoft® is developed to stay drier even when wet. It delivers the highest warmth-to-weight ratio of all synthetic insulations.

Padded hood with contour drawstring. Neck zipper closure edged by piping covered with polyester tape and external snap-fastened strap. At waist on front, fixed flap hiding two pockets, fastened by hidden snaps on fabric loops. On top, extra detachable polyester mesh pocket, attached by snaps. At waist on back, fixed flap hiding two pockets, one fastened by long hidden zipper closure, the other by hidden snap. White Stone Island Fabric Research badge on the left bottom side. Zipper closure on the right side, edged by piping covered with polyester tape.
