HOW IT WORKS
STEP 01
COMPLETE RETURN FORM
If you have an account with us, log in and follow the instructions under Returns. If you would like to proceed without an account, please complete the online Return Form.
STEP 02
LOCATE RETURN LABEL
Locate the UPS pre-paid return label included in your original package. If you have misplaced this label, please contact our Client Service to receive another one.
STEP 03
RETURN PACKAGE
Once you have packaged your items and attached the return label, send the parcel back to us by contacting UPS to arrange a pickup or leaving it at a designated drop-off location.
STEP 04
CONFIRMATION
We will send you an e-mail once we have received the package and approved your return request. The total amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.
